Returns and refunds
We want every order to arrive as expected. These conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Returns
We accept standard products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Products without original packaging or labels are considered opened.
Personalised products
Products made to customer specifications, including messages and frame, key or content combinations selected in the configurator, cannot be returned unless defective or non-compliant. Check your text and selections before ordering.
Requesting a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, reason and photos for damaged or non-compliant products. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything.
Costs and refunds
The customer covers return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect. Approved card refunds are returned to the original card within 3-30 days after acceptance. Original shipping is not refundable except where required by law.
Damaged products
Inspect the order on arrival and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will assess the case and offer replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
