Shipping policy

We ship with GLS in Romania and across European Union member states.

Romania

GLS delivery takes 1-2 working days after collection. The current standard setup price is 25 RON and is confirmed at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only in Romania.

European Union

We ship exclusively to European Union member states. Estimated delivery is 4-5 working days after collection. Until country-based tariffs are connected, international delivery is set at 50 EUR.

Processing and custom pieces

Processing time is added to transit time. Custom products enter production after order and payment confirmation when online payment is active. The estimate appears before order completion.

Tracking

After the shipping label is generated, you receive an email with the tracking number. Your address and phone number must be correct for GLS delivery.

Delays and parcels

Times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, peak periods, weather or events outside our control. Contact [email protected] about delayed or damaged parcels.
